WHAT IS THE HEFFERLIN FOUNDATION?

The Dr. John Hefferlin and Marian Hefferlin Foundation is a nonprofit, grant -giving religious foundation incorporated under the laws of the State of California. The Foundation was created and endowed through the generosity of John and Marian Hefferlin for the purpose of providing funds to promote the teaching of the Science of Mind philosophy, as formulated by Ernest Holmes, and to advance the growth and expansion of Religious Science churches.

A seven-member Board of Directors governs the Foundation, operating in accordance with Foundation bylaws and grant giving guidelines.

The Foundation is authorized under its bylaws to fund projects and scholarships exclusively for the benefit of Centers and individuals affiliated with the UNITED Centers for Spiritual Living (formerly United Church of Religious Science), and INTERNATIONAL Centers for Spiritual Living (Religious Science International).

Ministerial Scholarships
Scholarship assistance for ministerial students preparing to teach the Science of Mind, as presented by Ernest Holmes, is available. Applicants may be enrolled in Holmes Institute (UNITED) or in INTERNATIONAL Centers for Spiritual Living ministerial training programs.
